CORD began out of a desire to simply put “People over Projects” and to build a construction company that people could point to and say “There is something different about them." This is hard and there have been times we have failed to meet our own expectations, but we keep learning and getting better. The pursuit of becoming the type of company that people can see is different is why we do what we do.
