Bryce Thompson - Owner

Stephanie Adams - Document Manger
Stephanie is a born and raised Californian, who has had many traveling opportunities through the Air Force including most of the South part of the United States and Germany. Prior to starting in the construction field she worked in the community mental health field.
She has been with CORD since June of 2020 as the Document Manger, which includes insurance processes and invoicing.
When she isn't working she is spending time with her four children, supporting her boss's "other" business and traveling.

Austin Bui - Operations
Austin is the graduate of the University of Oklahoma and has had several years of construction experience. He was previously a resident and has been in the commercial side since graduating. As a superintendent he has helped approximately $5 million in construction projects.
Austin has been with CORD since XXX and when he is not working he enjoys being active, working out and training in MMA. He also loves spending time with family, friends and his dog and learning more about construction and real estate.

David Chase - Operations
David has worked with CORD for almost a year and prior to his time at CORD he was a carpenter for 25 years. When he retired he wasn't finished working and decided to take on the construction field. He enjoys hands on work and the opportunity to travel with his job. He takes pride in seeing the finish product of a jobsite he has managed.
When he's not working he enjoys hunting, camping, boating and mostly spending time with his five children and grandchild.


Zach Simmons - Operations
Zach graduated from Oklahoma State University and has been in the construction business for several years. He initially started as a commercial/industrial electrician, and in 2014 he transitioned into general contract work, so far completing over $100 million in construction projects locally and nationally.
He's been with CORD for one year in operations and and is primarily office based. When he's not working he enjoys hunting, projects at home and spending time with family and friends.

Dan Pfieffer - Operations
Dan has 45 years of construction experience and brings expert knowledge to the CORD team. He has completed numerous projects in the Oklahoma City and Tulsa areas. He is certified in quality control and safety.


Max Dargen - Operations
Prior to working for CORD, Max worked for a tech startup company for 5 years and then as a landman for the Oil and Gas field.
When Max isn't working, he enjoys hanging with his pup and playing beer league softball. he enjoys spending time with his awesome family that includes the best niece on the planet and a rescue dog that runs his life.

Trent Leonard - Operations
Trent graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 2020 with a degree in Construction Management. He has been in the construction business since 2013, working projects before and during college. He has been with CORD for over a year.
When Trent isn't working he enjoys working on anything that has a motor, anything from cars and trucks, to equipment and tractors. He also enjoys doing projects on his property in Norman and riding horses.
